GENERAL TERMS & PAYMENT
Payments accepted: PAYPAL or STRIPE (VGen) or BCA (1 USD = 15K IDR)
Preferably a full payment upfront (or down payment if price exceeds 200 USD). I will only ask for the payment after the rough sketch stage and when I'm ready to work on your commission
No refunds if commission has started past sketch stage
Eligible for refund if I can't finish your commission (partial refund) or I cancel your commission (full refund)
I have the permission to include the commission in my portfolio/social media unless there is agreement for otherwise
I have the right to reject any commission for any reason
I will usually add my signature/watermark on the artwork unless it is a commercial work, in which the price would be at least 2x given price. Discuss with me first if it is for commercial use.
I will export the final illustration as PNG file (usually 3000x3000 px 300dpi or other ratio as needed) through email.
All finished artworks are strictly prohibited from being used as AI learning and NFTs

WORK FLOW & REVISIONS
1. Brainstorming and finalizing idea with client
2. Rough sketch (Payment is done at this stage)
3. Clean sketch or linework for the approved sketch (I can skip this part under certain circumstances)
4. Coloring
5. RenderingI accept unlimited revisions before the rendering stage within reasonable considerations. Only two (2) minor revisions are allowed at the rendering stage. There will be additional fee for additional revisions.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
You must inform me of any deadlines upfront as it may impact my ability to accept your commission in the first place.
Completion time can take 1 week to 2 months depending on complexity and workload/queue. I will inform you if there is any reason why my work would be greatly delayed

COMMUNICATION
You can request a commission through email, Vgen or DM (least preferred method).
If you contact me through email or DM and I accept your commission, we can continue over Discord if preferred for smoother communication
I love listening to stories behind the character/concept of the commission I am working on as it can help me visualize the artwork better. So please tell me all your vision and character lore!
